I called the Action Team on a Monday and they were able to accommodate my need for a Wednesday appointment. They called ahead of my appointment time and asked if they could come earlier - how refreshing! I needed one room, stairs and hallway cleaned. When they arrived I asked them if they could also clean some rugs (which I had not originally requested), they said "no problem". My carpet looks brand new! Their prices were fair, they were courteous and above all - they did an excellent job.
