We had our sink fixed by them in November 2004 and they did a good job.
The problem was with the bill. We did not hear from them and did not receive an invoice. Shortly after the sink was fixed I gave birth to our first child so as you can imagine we were a bit preoccupied. :)
Then all of a sudden we get a notice from them reporting us to a collection agency. My husband called them and asked why they did not send a bill, and the person on the other end of the phone flat-out lied. He said that they called our house at least three times. As I said above, right after we had the sink fixed I gave birth to my son, so I was home all day, every day for three months straight and there was NO phone call from ANY plumber, EVER. So IMO they are dishonest and sneaky and I won't be going back to them or recommending them to anyone. The sad thing is that Consumers Checkbook recommends them. Well we know differently!
