Good: The repair men themselves were knowledgable, and respectful.. Bad: The customer sales department acted in a manor twice that was not professional. I felt as if I was discriminated against because I was not the actually buyer however the renter of the house. The rudeness were from two females of the company in the customer sales department. The first service rep I delt with I explained I was unable to set up appt. on thursday & monday would work and she persisted in wanting to set up the appt for thursday. I get a call on Sat. stating I need to sched. an appt for my oven. Improvements: to be fixed. I had already set up an appt. on Monday from 3-7pm. Then come monday I get a second call stating from Drenda on my voice mail at 9:53am we have tried to call you several times to sched. an appt to fix your oven. When in fact that had only been the 2nd call and it was only 9:53 am. I tried to explain I had already set up an appt for today between 3-7pm and she cuts me off abruptly from speaking. She exasperated me a few times when I was upset for her unprofessionalism. Then when asked to. Other: Speak with her boss she stated she was the boss. I was completely discriminated against because I was not the paying customer just a renter and was spoken to in a way a child is scourned. I never even recieved an apology for there mix up of sched. in the first place let alone an apology for Drenda's unprofessional behavior. Then like some bully she tries to threaten me by saying she was going to call the owner of the house and let him know. I explained I would be contacting him myself..
