David Gilmore State Farm has provided customer service for State Farm policies for me and my family that insure home/apartments, autos, for general liability (umbrella type policies), and for business liability. I have found Beth Ann to be direct, prompt to respond by phone and email, helpful, and easy to understand. I have felt free to contact her for questions or explanations. If she did not have answers immediately, she was willing to do the required research and call me back. I never have had reason to believe that she was not totally honest. She presents herself professionally.
