From everything I'd heard, I expected to be blown away by PW's ice cream. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I found them to be very overpriced to begin with. The homemade ice cream was not creamy and melt-in-your-mouth as I hoped, but there were ice crystals throughout, which to me does not equate yummy. I have had better tasting, more reasonably priced ice cream at the chain ice creams parlors. We have tried PW's on several occasions because we like to give places a few chances before making a decision, but we haven't been back in over a year and a half, and it's unlikely we will anytime soon.
