Thank goodness for The Stranger 4/5/2006

With so much of our lives being consumed by the deep, dark issues of our world at war, it is always a pleasure to pick up a copy of the Stranger, found on pretty much every commercial street in Seattle. The columns are not meant to berate readers with the same modern-day politics, but rather to entertain, parody, and inform in a loose manner. You can tell the editors and writers of this paper have fun with their work. This paper works as an excellent guide to life in Seattle, especially night-life. The "I Saw U" classifieds are always so fun to read! Put down that New York Times for once and pick up a Stranger with your coffee. Your mood just might improve. more
