Follow up on review. Mike did come out and look at both cracks. They fixed it and I was satisfied with the work and glad that they followed through with fixing the crack. Lime Coat is beautiful and it definitely takes an artist to do this work. I still think that us not getting in touch with the owner had something to do with the people working in the office.
