One of the places to live in New Port Richey Florida. We have lived here for 6 years and we could not imagine living anywhere else. The entrance has a very old looking type covered bridge. There are 198 units in here consisting of one and two bedroomed. Some have carports and there are townhouses with a one car garage. You must be 55 years or older to live in here. We have several restrictions. No dogs are allowed (Except service dogs). Only indoor cats. There is a monthly maintenance fee, which covers your cable television, yard work, roofing, painting and garbage collection. We have a beautiful clubhouse, heated swimming pool, tennis court and shuffleboard. In the clubhouse we hold bingo, dining in and other social functions. There are dine outs to local restaurants every month. There is a Board of Directors and a Social Board. All volunteers. They hold monthly meetings in the clubhouse. It is call The Wilds and we do have our wild life.
