One the coldest day of the winter(this past year), our boiler went out on our furnace. We had known for a while that it was going to go, but hoped we could make it another year. We came home from work at 5pm on a evening and it was only 50 degrees in our house.
My husband called Robinsons Heating and Cooling and they arrived at our house at 7pm. That was pretty good considering on the coldest day of the winter(so far), we were not the only people finding a cold house.
When they arrived and looked at our boiler, they knew we were in for a cold night. They sent someone from their office to our house with a bunch of space heater to warm the house up. We had to order the new boiler because they did not have the one in stock that we would need. They let us use the space heater the whole weekend until they were able to get and install our new boiler.
With most other companies, we would have been on our own looking for a way to heat our house that weekend.
