They supplied an incorrect fixture that needed an electrcian to hook up. It turned out to be the incorrect part. They dropped the fixture off on their way to another job and did the same to pick it up again. I live 1/4 mile from the road they were traveling yet they insist on charging a $165 trip charge for their mistake. Not a customer centered exchange.
