Difficult to work with and little integrity 8/31/2011

They supplied an incorrect fixture that needed an electrcian to hook up. It turned out to be the incorrect part. They dropped the fixture off on their way to another job and did the same to pick it up again. I live 1/4 mile from the road they were traveling yet they insist on charging a $165 trip charge for their mistake. Not a customer centered exchange. more

Not the one to call! 3/26/2011

I called in an emergency situation. They quoted me over the phone around $300 but when the service was done it was over $800. After talking to a few other services I determined that I was seriously screwed! more
