Although the Buffet Palace has the most variety of any Chinese buffet I've ever seen, their prices are a bit on the pricey side.
All things considered, they do have a good array of sushi to choose from and you don't have to wonder how long it's been sitting out. However, most of their stir-fries lean on the "average" range and the rest of their dishes don't go far from there.
If you're planning on paying their $10+ price, my only suggestion would be to stick with their specialties. They do have a great grill section with fresh vegetables that are grilled on the spot. Their higher-end dishes are also towards the end of the buffet line, so make sure to hold off for those. And do like me, get your money's worth on the sushi.
