So my garage spring broke. I called up on a Friday afternoon and Durham garage door offered to send a truck over that day. I could not take them up on that appointment because I had to work, but they did come out on Saturday. They called and asked if they might come early. They were on site for a little over an hour. They came in right on budget and even gave me some maintenance tips. I would recommend them to one and all
