I know one of the competitors says its "Not your typical bank" but I think that should apply to this bank. For one thing, I like that they are civic-minded (like they sponsor an award for best local nonprofit, and their annual wall calendar is made with photos from their student photo contest). The tellers and other staff are friendly and efficient. Their online banking is user friendly and very efficient. Free checking for seniors and also a club for seniors that has great activities. Their fees and rates are competitive with the others, and they are part of the SUM network. They don't have tons of branches, but if you're in the Watertown area they have quite a few. Free year end calendars and coffee! I feel like they know me.
