Best Buy definitely has the best prices on electronic goods, but you really have to know exactly what you want before going, because the employees are way overloaded with customers and it's very hard to get help. Every time I have needed help in this store, I have to kind-of stalk an employee until I can grab his attention to ask my question. Once you get a hold of someone, they typically can answer your questions well, but chasing them down is not fun at all! The actual customer service desk has knowledgeable staff that has always been polite and helpful, but the line is always long here as well! more
