My husband and I live practically around the corner from a Mc Donalds. One of those smaller ones that is supposed to be "retro" looking- with the single arches that if you look the right way, look like the letter M. I think it's a fairly new location, but it seems like the service there is getting worse and worse.
Today for example.. we went through the drive-thru, and ordered with no problem. However, when my husband went to pay with a credit card, the guy practically shoved it back at him like it (or he) had a disease. Then when he handed my husband the bag of food, it was the same way- shoved it at him quite rudely. When my husband said thank you, the guy actually said "yeah, whatever". !!! Can you believe that?!?!
Another thing that is quite irritating. If Mc Donalds chooses not to serve shakes, ice cream or whatever because it's no longer summer time, put up a dang sign. Don't give us some crap every time we go in there stating how "our machine is down". Is it really down? Or is it switched "off" for the winter" Or are you too lazy to make us what we want? UGH!!!!
We've also had a lot of issues with getting mixed up orders, the wrong Happy Meal toys (for a boy instead of a girl, or vice versa).. it's just rediculous!
