My old favorite restaurant, I used to go here once a week.. but i'm taking a break right now! Get lunch at the bar, its affordable and oh so tasty. Also, when you're up for a treat, take the cooking class! it is like 120$ per person, but you get the class, the 5 course meal you make yourself, and nonstop wine while cooking and eating. go to their website, www.galileodc.com and sign up for their email list; every now and then Roberto Donna (the head chef) has whats called the "galileo grill;" its completely random, so you have to get the emails to find out when it is. on these days, you get to come back into the cooking kitchen and order sandwiches and pizza, and, of course my favorite... Cannolis!
