Beware the cooking classes--they have 20 people handling the food without gloves or hand washing before it's cooked. Kind of takes your appetite away. I gguess you could call it Roberto's "pandemic special." more

My old favorite restaurant, I used to go here once a week.. but i'm taking a break right now! Get lunch at the bar, its affordable and oh so tasty. Also, when you're up for a treat, take the cooking class! it is like 120$ per person, but you get the class, the 5 course meal you make yourself, and nonstop wine while cooking and eating. go to their website, www.galileodc.com and sign up for their email list; every now and then Roberto Donna (the head chef) has whats called the "galileo grill;" its completely random, so you have to get the emails to find out when it is. on these days, you get to come back into the cooking kitchen and order sandwiches and pizza, and, of course my favorite... Cannolis! more

Wonderful experience. Luckly, we went when they were slower and received great service! The waiter recommended a great bottle of wine and was constantly filling our glasses. The food was excellent and the desserts were pure heaven! Galileo is great for entertaining clients, anniversaries, other romantic evenings and groups. When weather permits, enjoy outdoor seating. The restaurant has such a romantic atmosphere!!! more

i love galileo. they have great food . they have a very attentive wait staff and one of the best chefs in america. i love going there even though it is a little pricey.. i love going there i am sure you will love it too. ohh i almost forgot, they have the best fresh pasta. more

This is just a review for Galileo Grill, which is offered at Galileo Restaurant but only on occassion. To find out about this offering, you need to be on their email list, which you can easily get on by going to their website and signing up. Galileo Grill is a very cheap menu offering in the back of the restaurant. There are $5 pork shoulder sandwiches that are so good on very tasty bread. Other options include pizza, grilled chicken, home made sausage, soup, and cannoli. Seating is available in the bak courthard. The rest of the restaurant is meant for the regular diners of Galileo Restaurant. This is nice little find at a very pricey restaurant. The chef, Roberto Donna, is very well known and has even been on Iron Chef (but sadly lost). more
