I love Outback--the food, the service, the autmosphere. However, if you don't get there when it opens, you will wait. It seems like they never exactly know what their call ahead seating policy is, so even if you do this expect a wait. I would recommend getting the bloomin onion, delicious and enough for 4 or more people to share. The Outback Special is a great deal, and the Caesar salad is wonderful--great croutons! One thing I have noticed is that they tend to slightly overcook your steak, so I would suggest ordering it one degree of doneness below what you normally get and then it should be perfect!
