I wouldn't come here to buy a camera or for other services. It's a very small store, part of a large chain, and so I doubt that they will have the best cameras at the best price. I don't expect them to have the most knowledgeable staff either. But my interaction with them was less than five minutes, and I found it very satisfying. I made a web order for prints from digital images through RitzPix.com http://www.ritzpix.com/ where I uploaded and paid for my prints. All that I needed to do was pick up my prints and go, and I appreciated this relatively convenient location.
