I wouldn't come here to buy a camera or for other services. It's a very small store, part of a large chain, and so I doubt that they will have the best cameras at the best price....

Less Than Pleasant 6/12/2008

I went to Kits to buy a lens. The price was more than I had found elsewhere. I mentioned this to the salesman, who immediately started bad-mouthing the competition. I tried to work up a compromise where I would buy the lens and 1 filter, if he would toss in the other $20 filter for free. His reply was to say no and then try to sell me an extended warranty. These people need to re-take Retail 101. For his cost of the filter (maybe $15), he blew an $850 sale. Not smart, and I'll not give him a second chance. more

Perhaps Kits Cameras should be replaced with a vending machine. 6/8/2006

I wouldn't come here to buy a camera or for other services. It's a very small store, part of a large chain, and so I doubt that they will have the best cameras at the best price. I don't expect them to have the most knowledgeable staff either. But my interaction with them was less than five minutes, and I found it very satisfying. I made a web order for prints from digital images through RitzPix.com http://www.ritzpix.com/ where I uploaded and paid for my prints. All that I needed to do was pick up my prints and go, and I appreciated this relatively convenient location. more

Calling it Quits on Kits 3/19/2006

Kits Camera at Bellevue Square Mall has high end merchandise at a high end prices. The store is small and the selection not as good as Kenmore Camera. The salesperson that spoke with me was a little condescending and wanted to argue about an add I told him that their competitor had. Kits Camera is a good place for the novice photographer who wants to pay more than necessary. more
