Sure, the shoes at Payless are cheap, but they're uncomfortable and won't last very long. You may be able to buy a pair of shoes for $10, but they'll either fall apart or be so painful that you have to replace them frequently. I prefer to spend a little more money on shoes I can actually walk on and that will last more than a month.
