Omega House is a small, Chicago-run chain of pancake houses. This is the largest Omega we've visited, and I think it's probably our favorite. There's always a crowd here during any given time of day, so be prepared to wait a minute or two. Omega features a large menu of food ranging from traditional Greek specialties to a ton of breakfast items. I really like the gypsy and the hobo banquets- both are skillets with eggs, hash browns, and plenty of veggies and meat. Omega isn't really a fancy restaurant, but it's great food when you're in the mood for a pancake house in the suburbs.
