Rockvale is located off of Route 30 in Lancaster, PA. It is a great Factory Outlet shopping center. There is a large selection of shops, carrying everything from housewares to clothing to books. I do find that shopping the outlets are hit or miss, sometimes they are full of bargains and other times I can't find a thing.
