Unassuming place in a Lake City strip mall has people coming from all over the city and standing in line out the door at lunchtime. I usually call ahead to place my order.
I'm addicted to their Grinder (toasted, great bread and fresh meats) but their specials (one is always a veggie) are spectacular, too. Lots of gourmet spreads and inventive combos. They also make their own soups and daily cakes (there is always one in the case by the register).
Lots of room inside to sit and eat - you will not be disappointed!
