Where to start, they finished OVER time and OVER budget. They left a leak in our line that has caused ALL the freon in the system to escape. And oh yeah the owner of the company can't read a schematic better than I can (I am a high school dropout) because he hot wired the heat pump into heating mode. (Literally could not shut it off with the thermostat!)
NEVER EVER USE THESE OAFS!
P.S. Their install sub-contractors seemed competent.
