I called Mike and Sons Lock yesterday to get a quote on getting some locks replaced. The tech I spoke to helped explain the prices and scheduled an appointment for me this morning. When the tech arrived, he got straight to work and replaced all 4 locks for me with no problems. After he was done, I paid exactly what was quoted to me over the phone! I was very pleased with the service and the price I paid.
