Good customer services. Services priced reasonably 4/18/2011

I have to hand it out to Mike And Sons Locksmith Services. After making a few calls to other local locksmith services companies in my area, and getting different quotes, I got to Mike And Sons. Mike And Sons dispatcher gave me a solid, affordable quote and said that figure will not change, unless things are dramatically different than I discribed. A nice locksmith came in a Mike And Sons van, installed a new lock on my front door, replacing the old one. I was charged the same sum I was given over the phone. All I can say is that these guys give great customer services. more

worth your time! 4/18/2011

I called Mike and Sons Lock yesterday to get a quote on getting some locks replaced. The tech I spoke to helped explain the prices and scheduled an appointment for me this morning. When the tech arrived, he got straight to work and replaced all 4 locks for me with no problems. After he was done, I paid exactly what was quoted to me over the phone! I was very pleased with the service and the price I paid. more

perfect timing 4/18/2011

I was in a real hurry when I slammed the car door shut without thinking to take my keys out. I called the customer service and they were really friendly and helpful. Thanks to them, the technician showed up within minutes. He quickly went to work on the lock and had it opened. I was so thankful that he was able to get it unlocked fast. Thanks to them I was able to get all my errands done that day. more

Affordable prices 4/18/2011

I was so worried that I was gonna get charged an arm and a leg, but to my surprise the prices that they have was really affordable. The technician did an awesome job on my lock for such cheap price. I'm really satisfied with the service. more
