There are not many places that teach you real MMA- they show you a few watered down techniques or offer you a fitness style kickboxing class that is nothing more than a bunch of dancing around with a few kicks tossed in. That was not what I wanted or needed. Progressive Martial Arts has been far different because everything I have learned and will keep on learning is real and nothing but real. I signed up for the Total Defense classes and was amazed to find a structured system that worked in phases. This is exactly what I wanted and was looking for such a long time.
