My absolute favorite appetizer to get when I'm eating at Chili's is the Skillet Queso. When you order it, your server will bring out a big heaping pile of warm tostada chips with the queso dip. The queso dip consists of cheese with meat in it. The cheese is hot, melted and gooey. It is sooo yummy!
