I am writing this to share with you the excellent car-buying experience we recently had at Criswell Chevrolet. I attribute this entirely to the interactions we had with our Salesperson, Tom Skinner as well as the Sales Manager, Tim Mauro. From the beginning of the process to the end, we found Tom to be very personable, knowledgeable and professional. He was delightful to deal with ~ something I can't ever remember feeling about a salesperson in a car dealership. Tim was a pleasure as well. He was friendly, professional and, at every point, followed up with us and did exactly what he said he would do. I can honestly say that this was the most pleasant car-buying experience we have ever had. Although this was our first car purchase from Criswell, I am quite sure it won't be the last.
