I recently purchased my 2008 Chevy corvette with 13k miles, What a purchase, I can't believe I was able to buy my first corvette at 25 but now I have it! They also have agreed to fix the initial tire issue I mentioned before I bought the car, isn't that awesome!? I am a very busy professional and my time is my most valued commodity. Rich Beckett made the whole process quick and painless. It is hands down the easiest car buying experience I have ever had and I would not hesitate to send others to this dealer and to see Rich. Best car buying experience I've ever had! Mike Furman is the guy you should be buying your next Corvette. We worked together for 2 years on my purchase of my 2014 Corvette. He knows more about corvettes and has a wealth of contacts that really helped me to know everything I needed to. Buying my Corvette was a great experience and by the time our deal was done, Mike was more like a friend than a salesman. Talk to Mike for your next car buying opportunity. rip off Criswell Chevrolet Gaithersburg, MD dont good there 11/3/2013

on 10-14-2013 (john Ziegler was our service manager). We had Criswell Chevrolet dealer in (503 Quince Orchard Road, Gaithersburg, MD, 20878) installed the Primus™ IQ brake controller. They charged us $274.24 for one brake controller. We called the company tekonsha and spoke to Andrea and she told us that the Primus™ IQ. PN 90160 retails for 107.91. We are writing this review to let Criswell Chevrolet dealer in Gaithersburg, MD, 20878 know that they ripped us off by selling the Primus™ IQ. I was born into a Chevrolet family. My father worked in a plant for almost fifty years. When it comes time to buy an automobile, there is no question that it will be a GM product, but that does not dictate where to make the purchase. On a number of occasions when my last vehicle required service, I brought it to this Criswell location. I always was treated with kindness and respect, and the repairs were reasonable and quick. I remembered that treatment when it came time to purchase my next vehicle. Late one afternoon after researching inventory on the internet, I called Mr. Tim Mauro. I asked him if he had a particular vehicle on the lot. When he confirmed that he did, I explained that I wanted to purchase that vehicle and that I had very little free time. He directed me to the credit application online and told me that the vehicle would be ready that afternoon when I arrived at the showroom. As promised, the vehicle was clean and ready upon my arrival just a few hours later. Over my objection, he insisted that I take it for a test drive. When I returned, all of the paperwork was ready for me to sign. Less than two hours after I had arrived, I drove home in my new car. Regretfully, I never received the GM customer satisfaction survey, but I could not let Mr. Mauro's service go without notice. He made the transaction seamless and efficient. He helped me transfer all of my personal items from my old car to the new one. He made special arrangements for me to pick up accessories later. He has called to make sure that the car is everything that I wanted. Before the transaction, during the transaction, and even after the transaction, Mr. Mauro has been friendly and has provided me with exceptional customer care. My heritage does not allow me a choice when choosing a car, but I certainly have a choice when deciding where to buy that car. I have no doubt that when it is time for my next new vehicle, I will be returning to Mr. Mauro. He is an asset to the Criswell team! more

I am writing this to share with you the excellent car-buying experience we recently had at Criswell Chevrolet. I attribute this entirely to the interactions we had with our Salesperson, Tom Skinner as well as the Sales Manager, Tim Mauro. From the beginning of the process to the end, we found Tom to be very personable, knowledgeable and professional. He was delightful to deal with ~ something I can't ever remember feeling about a salesperson in a car dealership. Tim was a pleasure as well. He was friendly, professional and, at every point, followed up with us and did exactly what he said he would do. I can honestly say that this was the most pleasant car-buying experience we have ever had. Although this was our first car purchase from Criswell, I am quite sure it won't be the last. more

You are lucky to have them. In the 30 years that I have been buying cars, I have never had a better or more enjoyable purchasing experience than at Criswell. I am appreciative of their patience, professionalism, and kindness. More importantly I think that Brian's team is tremendous representatives for your dealership and its consistently good reputation. This is our first Chevy in more than 10 years, and we are very happy and confident with our new vehicle - a 2011 Chevy Tahoe L TZ. DONT BUYCRISWELL 2/16/2011

BE AWARE!!! i just bought a brand new 45000 dollar truck, before i even get home 3 huge problems arise with the motor, the trans, and the front steering. I call Criswell and they tell me , sorry to hear that, we would be glad to give you trade-in-value towards another one!!! BRAND NEW and they dont stand behind there vehicles they claim its GMs problem not theirs!! AND TO ADD TO IT i find out on my paperwork they lied to GM and told them they sold me a plow (WHICH THEY DID not) SO CRISWELL WILL GET A 1000.00 KICKBACK. this is GM they are cheating and was saved by TAXPAYERS DOLLARS!! DO NOT BU FROM THIS PLACE if you have questions call me 717 989 8583 I will be spending thousands on lawyers, but those thousands will actually be money well spent! more
