I had been working with a client to find a house and we had gone through several mortagage companies trying to pre-qualify her for a mortgage. She had a difficult situation, but these folks were able to find her a loan, get her qualified and through the underwriting process without a hitch. We closed the loan and she is a proud new homeowner! Great job on their part.
