I had been buying all of my nicer jewelry at Boccardos and having them do my repairs. I was happy with everything until I had my diamond re-set in a band with 2 other diamonds. The new diamonds were supposed to match mine in color and clarity. When I excitedly picked up my ring I noticed almost immediately a black spot in one of the diamonds (yes, visible with my naked eye) When I returned it to them they indicated that it was indeed a flaw and they would put a new diamond in there. They did put a new diamond in there but it appears smaller than the other one on my ring so I am still not really happy with it. I really feel as though they were trying to deceive me and give me a poorer quality diamond hoping that I wouldn't notice. I would have trouble trusting them again.
