I had never even heard of Chiso sushi in Fremont until a friend told me about it recently but was pleasantly surprised to find it met all of my sushi needs. I dined there for lunch only but the place was packed (a sign of a good place usually). We ordered mostly nigiri and the fish was very fresh and portions were appropriate. The miso had the right flavor with the right amount of tofu and green onions. The service was attentive and friendly and the atmosphere was very comfortable, cozy even with candles on each table and cushions to soften the wooden benches against the wall. I'll be back to Chiso and think it's competitive with all the best sushi spots in Seattle.
