A year ago I had used the services of Dial Appliance Services to repair my refrigerator. It was not cooling as it was supposed to and I am worried that our food might spoil and would go to waste. I called the company but unfortunately the tech guy did not have the needed parts on his truck so he had to go back to their office again (without extra cost for the trip). The guy was easy to get along with and the job was great! Will definitely use again.
