Best Movers DC told me about everything up front. I was a little upset that they showed up to my apartment 2 hours earlier than they told me they would, but I guess when it's all said and done it was a good move. Nothing was broken, the guys were nice, and the price actually came in about $35 less than what I was told it should be. I've used movers on 3 other occasions in my life and Best Movers DC definitely did the best job of the bunch.
