I believe that Dr. Franklin is one of top pediatricians in the Seattle area. He is not only intelligent and very well trained, but he take the time to listen to my concern and get to know my children. Unlike Pediatric Associates where you might see a different physician each time Dr. Franklin makes a point of seeing you in a timely fashion and treating you as if you were in a boutique practice.
