Good: Went in not knowing if I would or could get a car and was nervous. Spoke with Al Uyeno (Al U for short), and he was both kind and positive!. Bad: There is nothing to dislike other than I would have liked to lease a CR-V but they don't do that. Otherwise everything was great.. Other: Got a 3 year lease and traded in my car for decent price. Great experience due to the salesman.
