Good: No portion of my experience was pleasant.. Bad: The service staff didn't answer or return calls. Repairs were quoted as under warranty, then inexplicably not covered by the warranty. Service was slow - despite no work being done on my car, it took 40 minutes to bring it out. The staff here doesn't seem to care about customers' time. I had to leave my car there for 4 hours to find out they could not replace a muffler with their stock.. Improvements: Quality of service, honesty in quoting, and better organization.. Other: Given the runaround on the warranty and apathy of the staff, I would not trust this dealership to service any vehicle..
