DR Kaiser is very friendly, gentle with the animals. my dogs were afraid at first after an awful experience with another vet but they calmed down right way as he is so gentle.His staff is friendly also.We were in and out in a timely manner.He recently boarded my dogs and they were healthy and happy when I picked them up.His prices are reasonable also.I highly recommend DR Kaiser
