I called a different exterminator first to get rid of the mice which was a mistake. They didn't do anything and it was total waste of money, so we called Astoria bed bugs and explained the situation. They had an exterminator dispatched within twenty minutes and were running around my apartment looking like they knew what they were doing... and I didn't want to believe it until the mice were gone but I am happy to report they are gone! They are clearly the best exterminator in the game and I am so pleased we used them.
