I called a different exterminator first to get rid of the mice which was a mistake. They didn't do anything and it was total waste of money, so we called Astoria bed bugs and explained the situation. They had an exterminator dispatched within twenty minutes and were running around my apartment looking like they knew what they were doing... and I didn't want to believe it until the mice were gone but I am happy to report they are gone! They are clearly the best exterminator in the game and I am so pleased we used them. more

good business 12/14/2010

I know I'm not the only person in Queens w/ bed bugs but I am definitely one of the only people I know that called an exterminator. I am so glad we finally did because we thought we could treat the issue ourselves but we definitely needed a professional - the bed bugs were gone within a week! People aren't afraid to come to my apartment anymore and for that I am so grateful to the company! more

Astoria Bed Bugs did a great job, I had bedbugs that I think my roommate brought home from his business trip. He offered to pay for the extermination if I would just find a place and our landlord recommended Astoria Bed Bugs. They were professional, did a very thorough job without being intrusive, were cost-effective, and got the job done - bottom line. They did such a great job that we haven't had any problems since but if we do, we iwll give them a call back. more

I had the misfortune of having bed bugs but Astoria Bed Bugs really stepped up to the plate and helped me out and got rid of them. I called and spoke to their secretary, she had me email a picture of the bugs and then sent over the exterminator to get rid of them. He was also pretty chill and got the job done. Count me as one satisfied customer, the bugs haven't been back and I don't wake up covered in bites anymore. -Devin more

thanks for saving my apartment! 12/14/2010

Hey guys! Thanks so much for saving my apartment from the cockroach infestation. We have always had a problem but it's gotten much worse in the last few months and it finally got the point where I couldn't live with any more. My roommate found Astoria Bed Bugs here on Judy's Book and we gave them a call. They had an exterminator out within one business day and we haven't had any issues since we finished the treatment of our apartment. I finally can cook without being afraid of bugs running over my feet when I'm in the kitchen. Thanks for saving my cute little Astoria apartment! more

Great Business. 12/1/2010

My roomies and I had an issue with bedbugs this September. We gave Astoria bedbugs a call and the servicemen were great. They were prompt and knew exactly how to get rid of the bedbugs. I would definitely call again if we get bedbugs for a second time! more
