I was looking for certain things for my guitar, and a couple other things, and I was searching around for a good place to go. This was one of the first places I visited. I had OK customer service. I did end up ordering something, because it was not in stock. It took longer than I ever expected, but I was happy with the product. Although the producy may be okay...I do not think that I could recommend this place to anyone.
