Even though HMOs are expensive, if you need health care, you really don't have a choice. We have CHP (Capital Health Plan). They are the best around I think. It's so nice to get bloodwork done and have it back immediately because of their own labs in town. Almost everyone in town takes them too. I've have yet to run into a pharmacy or doctor that wont. Very convient.
