The tech came home and picked the laptop with a messed up hard drive. I tried doing everything I knew how to do with the laptop and I am no dummy. But nothing seemed to work. My boss suggested I wait until he came and he called them and they came within a couple of hours. The hard drive was bad but they were successful in recovering all the data in it and put in a new hard drive. All the data was transfered to the new hard drive the laptop worked like a charm.
