Shoney's is a good family restaurant with reasonable prices. You can choose from their regular menu or their buffet. They have a different buffet every day of the week and I love their seafood buffet on Fridays. I love the cheesy shrimp dish in the seafood buffet even though I am not sure exactly what it is.
