I took my car in for some routine maintenance and the service department attempted to tack on a load on unnecessary "recommended" maintenance (none of which was required according to Honda's schedule). The work they did do appeared to be done correctly, but it then again their dishonest service department tactics don't instill me with confidence. If you are using Brown Honda in Charlottesville for routine service be careful they don't try to sell you a lot of unnecessary and expensive (i.e. $100 to change a filter that requires no hand tools to do so) maintenance.
Also ask yourself if a reputable dealer would leave sham reviews to pump up their Google ratings?
