Hobby Lobby has always been a great place to go for craft supplies, cake decorating supplies, silk flowers, framing needs, and a whole ton of other stuff. It is a big store, so you need to take your time when you go here as you might not find what you are looking for right away. Staff is helpful so ask them if you need something. Parking is not a problem here either as it is located in a shopping center. Prices are comparable and they offer sales and coupons quite often. A great resource if you do not like Michaels' or Walmart.
