I whent to Blue C for lunch today and got right in with no wait(I've heard that it gets very busy). It was good, not the best I've had but far from the worst. The salmon and maguro were really, really good. The sockeye salmon just melted in my mouth. The rolls that I tried seemed a bit off, somehow, I couldn't put my finger on it exactly, but I definately wouldn't get them again. The unagi could have been grilled a little longer, but I tend to like it a little crispier than a lot of places serve it, so maybe that's just me. The albacore was nice and their miso was really flavorful.
I watched a few of the plates (one each of tempura, tobiko and scallop) circle the counter for the entire hour we were there, and I felt kinda sorry for the guy that sat down and grabbed one of them. If you watch what is being put out fresh, though, that's avoidable.
A lot of times kaiten sushi is less expensive than a regular sushi restaurant, but that's not really true for Blue C. We ended up spending a little more than we normally do elsewhere, but it was fun just for a bit of a change. If I go again I'll stick with just the nigiri and some miso.
